2024–2025 overview
On November 14, Novalait held its annual general meeting at the Saint-Hyacinthe Convention Center. The event brought together 66 representatives from shareholders, research partners, and collaborators to review our achievements for 2024–2025.

30 years of innovation and collaboration
This edition featured a retrospective on Novalait’s 30 years as a catalyst for research in the dairy sector. Hosted by Maude Blouin, Knowledge Transfer Officer, the event highlighted Novalait’s collaborative model. Élise Gosselin, General Manager, opened the session with a presentation of a timeline illustrating the organization’s key milestones. Next, several key partners took the floor to speak about the impact of the Novalait ecosystem.

Novalait’s 30th anniversary and Élise Gosselin’s 25th anniversary
The Board of Directors made a point of highlighting Élise Gosselin’s 25 years of service at Novalait. She joined the organization in 2000 as a transfer coordinator and has served as General Manager since 2015. Her dedication and leadership were warmly acknowledged by many speakers.
