Novalait would like to congratulate Charlotte Marchand on winning the Novalait – Danielle Rivard Scholarship! Our team met with Charlotte at the scholarship award ceremony held by the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences at Université Laval on April 11.
A doctoral student in food science—food microbiology at Université Laval, Charlotte is passionate about dairy science and hopes to actively contribute to research in the sector. With a strong interest in the microbiology of dairy products, her doctoral project focuses on improving the selection of bacterial strains in yogurt production.
