Edith Charbonneau
Ph. D., Agr. Sciences animales, FSAA, Université LavalÉdith Charbonneau completed her bachelor’s, master’s and PhD studies in animal sciences at Université Laval, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Wisconsin. She has worked as a professor in the Department of Animal Sciences at Université Laval since 2007. Her primary areas of research and teaching include nutrition and dairy company management. As part of her research, she has worked on numerous projects examining forage plants, the environment (nitrogen and phosphorous balance, greenhouse gas production) and the adaptation of dairy farms to climate change. Her research group focuses on issues and problems affecting dairy farms.
