Julien Chamberland

Julien Chamberland is a specialist in cheese technology. Since 2020, he is professor in the Department of Food Science at Université Laval, where he leads the work of the Educational Leadership Chair in Cheese Technology to contribute to the development of the next generation of cheese technologists. As a researcher at the STELA center, his main research themes are to better understand the sources of process variability and to propose concrete solutions to improve the sustainability of the industry.
