Development of well-being bioindicators in the milk of dairy cows
Milk analysis by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) is currently the official method for milk analysis and qualities. The project aims to develop bioindicators of cows well-being in milk, which will be evaluated by FTIR spectroscopy as part of milk recording. This will help following cow’s well-being and will evaluate the impact of management practices changes on their well-being too.
